Film and Animation

Film studies at bealart is a combination of classical animation, video production, and film criticism.

Principles of animation are taught through a series of drawing exercises, storyboard design, and weekly studio sessions with nude models.

Video production instructs students in script writing, storyboarding, videography, picture and sound editing. Weekly screenings of film provide a critical framework for film aesthetics.

Final Cut Pro is the video software we use to edit video and a full colour annimation line tester is used for editing animation.
