Still Photography

The still photography program includes pinhole, 35mm, digital, and medium camera formats. Students work in both with wet darkroom techniques, as well as, digital technologies. Weekly critiques help develop a student’s critical sensibilities.

Digital Photography

Semester two begins with our Specials spending their studio time investigating digital photography. DSLR’s are a requirement (we supply the cameras) and the class is assigned a series of electronic suggestions. Adobe’s Photoshop and Illustrator are our post shooting software and two periods per week are used for lesson implementation. Our images are then printed on our 24″ EPSON 7800 ULTRA CHROME K3 printer
